Need to change your vote?
If you need to change your vote, please request a new ballot by emailing membership@local357.org. The ballot return deadline has been extended: all ballots must now be received by YES Elections by Thursday, November 5, 2026.
Last night’s town hall proved many things:
1. The company is highly invested in this, using two law firms, more than five attorneys from outside law firms and at least two in-house attorneys, in addition to countless clerks.
2. The genesis of this litigation is the material change of language in Article 3.O from the 2018 CBA to the 2022 CBA.
3. There are members on the opposing slate directly responsible for negotiating or approving the material changes to the language in the 2022 CBA.
4. Based on the opposing slate’s own agenda, the Company’s response and actions, you can’t hug this one out.
The All In Slate has stood firm, holding the Company accountable for what they’ve agreed to in settlement for the NHAs. Do not cast your vote based on misinformation.
Before you vote
- Thursday, November 5, 2026 — completed ballots must be received by YES Elections, not postmarked. The deadline was extended from October 29 after members reported never receiving requested replacement ballots. The notice gives the date but not a cutoff time, so post yours well before then.
- Friday, November 6, 2026 — ballots counted.
- Still no ballot? Email membership@local357.org or call the Local at (317) 644-1405. Replacements are going to every member who requested one.
