The Four Pillars

Not promises. Results. We’re focused on solutions that deliver real, lasting change for our aviation family.

01

JCBA Completion, Fair SLI, and Correct Implementation

When elected, our first focus will be finishing the job on the JCBA process, preparing seriously for any possible interest arbitration, protecting our Pilots in seniority list integration, and making sure implementation happens quickly and correctly. We believe the best way to protect the value of the agreement is to keep implementation in the hands of leaders who understand the language, understand the intent, and understand where the risks to the Pilot group may arise.

02

Contract Enforcement

Our second focus in office will be aggressive contract enforcement, because a contract means nothing if it is not defended. Pilots should know that when the company violates the agreement, their union will respond with urgency, build the record, communicate clearly, and follow through until compliance is achieved.

03

Quality of Life

Our third focus will be quality of life, because Pilots live the effects of operational failures every day. IROPs, hotel breakdowns, long scheduling hold times, fatigue exposure, and poor communication are not side issues; they are daily realities that directly affect Pilot morale, trust, and safety, and they must be treated like core representation issues.

04

Pilot-Led Representation

Our fourth focus will be maintaining a union culture that is truly founded by Pilots, for Pilots. That means leadership that is visible, accessible, honest, and accountable, with communication that is direct and timely and decisions that stay rooted in what Pilots are actually experiencing on the line.

When elected, we will lead with the same philosophy that brought this slate together in the first place: Pilots deserve strong representation from leaders who understand their work and answer to their membership. Our focus will be to continue the work, enforce the contract, protect the value of the JCBA, improve quality of life, and make sure this union remains grounded in the Pilots it serves.
